Repeating Experiments

Repetition is important. It’s how you learn process, for one thing: keep doing something over and over again until it becomes second nature, something you don’t have to think about, and build on that. In experimental situations, repeating your results can be proof that no, really, this is a thing that works.

Well. Here we have a repetition of an experiment. The first time, I did it to prove I could. That was … um. Fourteen years ago? Something like that. I didn’t take notes (of course not), and I don’t have the original anymore. But how hard could it be to weave a paper cover onto a book bound on tapes, really? I mean, I did do it once before…

…famous last words, as they say.

It’s hard.
