forget gutenberg : digital broadsides

What I always loved about book arts was designing. Printing was great and all, but I no longer have access to printing equipment. What I do still have is everything I learned about designing and creating interesting broadsides.

With that in mind, I present a series of downloadable digital broadsides. Wherever possible, they'll be in black and white and in standard sizes. Sometimes, I admit, I expect to fail, and have bright colors or large format.

Unless it's noted otherwise, I'm going to be using out of copyright or creative commons text and images. My own images and text are, of course, included in this open license, as long as I'm given appropriate attribution. If you do use one of these pieces as the starting point for something, I'd like to see what you come up with. I'm working on getting a tip jar, for any contribution you'd like to make to the "keep forgetgutenberg fed and motivated" fund.
